Description:
In this workshop, you will explore your attitude toward time, learn several time management tips, discover some techniques to avoid procrastination, and learn how to set goals and develop action plans. We can gain far more control over our lives by utilizing simple principles consistently.

Learning Outcomes:
- Define 'time management' and identify the impact your culture may have on your approach to it
- Recognize some everyday occurrences that have an impact on your time management
- Complete and interpret a 'needs profile' that will help you better manage your time
- Identify tools and resources that will help you manage your time more effectively
