This innovative program, the first of its kind in Canada, was developed in partnership with the Bell Canada Mental Health and Anti-Stigma Research Chair and Queen’s University Faculty of Health Sciences. It equips leaders with practical frameworks and skills aligned with evidence-based and industry best practices, including the National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace.
Participants will learn to foster a mentally healthy workplace through organizational leadership and best practices, enhancing their understanding of legal, ethical, and business concerns. The program supports empathetic, solution-focused leadership skills transferable across professional settings.
Online Format:
The program begins with an asynchronous eLearning module to be completed before February 5. Participants will receive instructions to access this content. Modules 2 and 3 will be delivered live online on February 5, with additional asynchronous components to be completed by May 5, 2025. The program targets leaders with direct reports.
Fees:
The program fee is $375, charged to the participant's department or faculty. A $50 administration fee will apply for cancellations made within 10 business days of the course delivery.
